SHIPPING
Shipping cost depends on the country of destination. Make sure to have the correct
shipping address as erroneous shipping charges will result in order cancellation.
We currently offer several shipping options for domestic and international shipments.
Domestic
USPS First class 3 to 9 days
USPS Priority 2 to 3 days
DHL Next Afternoon
International
USPS Airmail 4 to 20 days
USPS Global Express 3 to 5 days
DHL Priority Express1 to 5 days

Delivery time can vary depending on country of destination and other factors.
We are not responsible for customs duties and delays. Please check your country's
requirements before ordering.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Unless otherwise specified for particular products order can be cancelled before an actual fact of shipping.
10% of the purchase amount (not less than $5) administration fee will be deducted from the total ammount of the payment when you cancel the order.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
- While we accept returned items, we do not provide refunds. Returned items can be exchanged
for equal or same in value items. All returns are subject to a 20% (not less than $5) restocking fee.
- Products that are defective, and/or DOA (Damaged On Arrival), can be returned for repair/replacement within 15 days unless otherwise specified.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
- Cellcorner will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
- Cellcorner will not accept items that have been registered or activated while in use or with broken or missing warranty seal.
- All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
- Cellcorner does not accept returns of software and electronically delivered items such as but not limited by flashing/unlocking logs, remote unlocking/flashing credits, remote unlock codes, access to download accounts. Orders of unlock codes cannot be cancelled starting with the moment the order is submitted to Cellcorner.
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
- No Product may be returned directly to Cellcorner without first contacting Cellcorner for a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number. If it is determined that the Product may be defective, you will be given an RMA number and instructions for Product return. An unauthorized return, i.e. one for which an RMA number has not been issued, will be returned to you at your expense. Return item must be in the same condition as sent to you
- Products has to be returned at your expense. We recommend to use a trackable shipping
method. Returned items that are not received due to loss will not entitle you to a credit to your account.
