How Unlock by Code Works |
To generate the unlock code we need your data card's 15-digit IMEI number. - Insert you Option Globetrotter card in your laptop
- Launch the Globetrotter Mobility Manager from the programs menu (if the PIN code was not entered earlier and is not disabled you will be prompted to do so)
- To start the Mobility Manager Diagnostics tight-click the Mobility Manager icon in Taskbar > Utilities > Diagnostics or in the Mobility Manager menu select Tools > Diagnostics
- Running the Diagnostics Tool should provide you with card's essential information such as Netowork Operator the card is locked to, GPRS settings, Firmware version and card's IMEI number. Copy and paste this number into the field above
- Unlock code will be sent to your email along with the code entering instructions
- In the rare cases when unlock code is not found we recommend you to use unlocking service by mail
