How Unlock by Code Works
- To generate the unlock code we need your phone's 15-digit IMEI number. You can get it by entering *#06# into your handset using phone's keypad or find it on the back of the phone (usually on a sticker under the battery)
- Include the IMEI number with your order at checkout in "Customer Notes" or send it to us using our online contact form (include your order number)
