- Phone is processed and sent back by a trackable insured mail ($200 insurance) within 1-3 days
- You receive the phone, fully unlocked and ready to work with any sim card

- Turn the phone off
- Place your mobile phone with a fully charged battery in a padded bag or wrap it in bubble wrap, include a copy of your invoice.
- We recommend to use a shipping method that is insured and can be easily tracked.
