Ship-in unlocking service is available to about any country in the world. It is safe and secure and can be used when remote unlocking is not available for your mobile phone.
You can use this service when your mobile phone is hardlocked (no remaining unlocking attempts), phone has 5 closed locks (NCK, NSCK, SPCK, CCK, PCK, ECK) or you can't enter the unlock code manually.
If you have a phone lock (user lock) engaged and forgot it we will unlock it free of charge, please make sure to select the appropriate option from the dropdown list.

How it works |
- Pay for the service
- Ship phone to our shop
- Phone is processed and sent back by a trackable insured mail ($200 insurance) within 1-2 days
- You receive the phone, fully unlocked and ready to work with any sim card
|
Packaging instructions |
- Take SIM card out as it's not needed to unlock the phone
- Turn the phone off
- Place your mobile phone with a fully charged battery in a padded bag or wrap it in bubble wrap including a copy of your invoice
- We recommend to use a shipping method that is insured and can be easily tracked

- Any flashing operations such as language change, firmware upgrade, language change, software repair (White screen of death WSOD, Blue screen, White screen, Blinking screen, Configuration error, etc), decustomization, etc are extra.
