- Ship your Samsung 709SC Softbank cellphone to our repair shop in West Palm Beach, FL. Please follow instructions in the email you will receive.
- Phone is processed and sent back by a trackable insured mail ($200 usd) within 1-3 days.
- You receive your cell phone, fully unlocked and ready to work with any compatible sim card including Double sim card and International prepaid sim card

Packaging instructions |
- Take SIM card out as it's not needed to unlock the phone
- Turn the phone off
- Place your cellphone with a fully charged battery in a padded bag or wrap it in bubble wrap, include a copy of your invoice.
- You are free to use any shipping courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, EMS, etc). We recommend to use a shipping method that is insured and can be easily tracked.

Note |
- Any flashing operations such as Language change, Firmare upgrade, Software repair, Debranding, IMEI change, user code reset, etc can be performed as well along with unlocking, however their availability will depend on phone's firmware version and can be determined only when we have the phone on hands. Select extra options from the list, if that option is not available you will be refunded after we test the phone.
- Total price of this item includes return shipping of your mobile phone back to you.
- For the same day Express service select appropriate Urgency option and/or Express shipping. Phone will be processed and sent back within the same day if it's received before 1:00 pm
