- Connect phone to internet
- Make sure phone has latest software and Unlock App installed
- Open the Device Unlock App
- Press “Continue” then “Permanent Unlock“
- Click continue in the app, then press “Permanent Unlock” and wait for the “Unlock successful” message
- Your Device is now Unlocked. Simply insert a compatible with your device GSM sim card to start using the new carrier.
